The MRT∞ is our modular friction measuring device. Providing the same accurate results as the PRT300, the MRT∞ can be mounted on custom rigs and vehicles, fine tuned to the users requirements.

Close-up view of an industrial machinery part attached to a rusty metal surface, with visible bolts and wiring.

Laboratory test rig

Measurement head can be mounted to linear or rotating laboratory test rigs, or alongside full scale facilities. Optimise in the lab, validate in the eld. A ‘common denominator’ measurement head for improved transferability between lab and field testing.

Close-up of a yellow mechanical device with metal components, including a small motor with a label marked 'UK CA,' attached to a larger metal wheel and connected with various bolts and rods.

Rail track trolley

Continuous, geo-located friction measurements using rail track trolley. Trolley includes water application system, this can be adapted for measurements before and after application of friction management products.

Road-rail vehicle

Friction measurement head can be mounted to vehicle brackets for continuous monitoring of rail cleaning or lubrication configurations.
